This research collected data and analyzed skills of pen-hold backhand at tack with reversesurface and backhand spin against cut defenses from elite's athletes, Wang Hao and Ma Lin, by Qualisys system. Acquired all parameters during whole movements, then picked up fluent movement to analyze via Qualisys Track Manager, Q-Tools and EXCEL. Integrated knowledge of Sport Biomechanics, Sport Anatomy, and Sport Physiology with data to describe scientific regulation of pen-hold backhand at tack with reversesurface and backhand spin against cut defenses. Aiming to approve these techniques more effective, and provide theory evidences for teaching, training, and assessment in table tannic. This experiment indicates that at the beginning of pen-hold backhand at tack with reversesurface, Wang stretched his arm faster than Ma. So Wang could complete first step of pen-hold backhand at tack with reversesurface earlier. This phenomenon could benefit Wang has more time to adjust second step to hit ball. At second step, Wang should contract his muscles to hit ball. At first stage, Wang save more time to preparation. So at second stage, Wang could contract muscle of arm more than Ma. The function of low limbs are supporting body, keeping balance and coordinating movement of high limbs. However, Wang and Ma's low limbs did not extend significantly, during whole movement. They stretched their legs when they contract arm to hit ball. All movement during whole period conformed to whipping principles. This research also implies that Wang's movement is better than Ma, especially effect of hitting ball. So this research suggests that Ma should modulate his time to hit ball, to make his hitting become more powerful.
