With the process of carrying out and deepen the Western Development policy, Gansu Province is lying on a stage of Basic Education and rapid urbanization. Under this educational and social background, there are more and more New Curriculum Reforms hosted by education specialties and Basic Education Projects under a new economic circumstance with its gradually expanding influence. The ties between education specialties and teachers from primary and second schools are getting closer. Therefore, how to undertake more effective corporations between education specialties and teachers with professional knowledge set a barrier needed to be solved urgently for current education.Firstly, this research represents the real original of one famous case involved corporation projects between education specialties and teachers with professional knowledge by analyzing and describing the projects through two dimensions concerned with a vertical running process and a horizontal corporative nature.Secondly, the research continues to discuss the well-known corporation theory reflected in the case. With full objective evidences, the case proves on a practical level that Social interdependence theory, social constructivist theory and the culture of dialogue and action theory play a very important role in instructing the corporations between education specialties and double teachers, and which also serve as one of the most important theoretical basis applied in exploring the scientific teaching proposals of education specialties and teachers with professional knowledge under a background of educational research.At last, this research investigates some scientific and practical corporative models between education specialties and teachers with professional knowledge under a background of educational research with enlightenments from the procedures of case project, three theories, six corporative principles and full negative experience absorb based on the case study.
