The Research On The Team Construction Of Urban Community Full-time Workers

As an important part of the social workers, community full-time workers play a unique role in solving social problems, maintaining social stability and building a harmonious society .Therefore, building a professional and career-oriented community full-time workers in the short time has become the major task of the community construction.This thesis uses questionnaire survey,literature review,the interview and other methods to give a descriptive analysis of the community full-time workers in Suzhou. The results show that there are many problems in the team of community full-time worker in Suzhou, such as the unreasonable team structure, low degree of specialization, unclear professional level, low social status, low wages, unclear job prospect, heavy workload, low efficiency. In order to build the team of community full-time workers with a reasonable structure and high quality, we should take the following four measures and suggestions: first, build the leadership mechanism to improve the organization degree of the community full-time workers; second, consummate the system construction to improve the standardized level of the community full-time workers; Third, improve the training system to enhance the specialization level of the community full-time workers ;Fourth, strengthen the incentives to improve professional degree of the community full-time workers. This study can also provide some reference for other urban cities on the team construction of the community full-time workers.
