In the eighties of last century our country proposed the education that the disabled children study in regular classroom. While running the special education school well, to set up the special education class or absorb the disabled children that can study in some ordinary primary schools in a planned way. The children with hearing impairment are one of the important parts of disabled children. There were 158,000 hearing-impaired children who aged 0-6 years old in China, and increase 23,000 people newly every year. Up to the end of 2004, there were 220473 hearing-impaired children had already received hearing language recover in the whole country. Among them there were 37152 hearing-impaired children entered ordinary kindergarten or ordinary primary school to study, the rate was 26.8%.That hearing-impaired children learning in regular class has a history of more than 20 years. Over the past 20 years, hearing-impaired children learning in regular class made enormous progress, but also had many problems. For example, low quality of hearing-impaired children teaching, hearing-impaired children did not adapt to the study and life of ordinary school, even some hearing-impaired children went back to special education school. In order to find out the reason for this, and effectively improve their study situation. Guarantee to hearing-impaired children who had equal rights of receiving education. This research investigated the common situation to the whole and investigated further to two cases through the generality; and find out the reason for hearing-impaired children's reflux probed into in studying regularly.Result of study think that cause two these hearing-impaired children main reasons of reflux were hearing language recover intensity can not satisfied need of learning in regular school; class volume was too big, teacher neglect the individual differences to hearing-impaired children; examination way was single, leaders and teachers were passive; rehabilitation institution and ordinary school education form did not connect; It was not enough for parents to pay close attention to child's psychological development and change; ordinary school's teachers deficient to special education knowledge. To the above-mentioned problems, propose the following suggestion in order to prevent from hearing-impaired children's reflux. Establish the good environment of studying in regular class; strengthen the teacher's training, to improve teacher's special education ability; do a good job of the transition from rehabilitation institution to ordinary primary school; parents should establish the correct education idea; guarantee quality of language recover study, launch follow-up the school age recover and set up new examination way.
