Health Education in school is an effective way to promote the health of young people, also a powerful weapon to improve the quality of the national health. As the school health education is implemented vigorously nowadays,we are concerned about the Implementation of health education in Rural Junior High School. Because it is impacted by the lower economic level of rural backwardness, bad customs and inadequate health care system.The Implementation of the school health education in Biology Curriculum is a manifestation of the value of biological disciplines, but also has the advantage of their disciplines. In the new curriculum reform, health education course in junior school no longer exits. So, Biology Curriculum has more responsibility to implement the health education.The Research is based on one rural junior high school called"J", and to study the implementation of health education in it. The results show: the students in rural junior high school are lack of healthy knowledge, and they don't behave healthily enough. The culture of this school makes it value the health education. J school has organized some health education activities positively. It also has formal Biology course which ensure health education. Nevertheless, the school hardware construction is not perfect; the quality of teachers has to be raised.Biology teachers are positive about the implementation of health education in Biology, and they tend to implement the health knowledge while they are teaching. They use the situation-problem-based teaching, interactive teaching method and related to the school activities. However, there are some problems. Firstly, the teachers are not professional enough. Secondly, they are lack of the Biology resources. Thirdly, teaching methods are traditional and unitary. Fourthly, the environment in the rural makes it more difficult for the students to change their unhealthy behaviors.There are some suggestions after the Comprehensive Analysis. For school, strengthen the quality of the teachers; organize health education activities positively; increase the investment of Hardware facilities in biology. For Biology teachers, improve their own quality; strengthen the linkages between subjects; excavate local resources for health education; promote a variety of teaching strategy, contact the real rural life.
