Chemistry study in the stage of junior middle school is initiative and fundamental, during which some basic concepts, theories and thinking of chemistry play a very important part. However, due to their lack of dimensional imagination and abstract thinking, students in this stage have some difficulty with the view of microscopic particle. This study conducts a series of researches and interviews with students and chemistry teachers in junior 3 and analyses the data according to the feedbacks, thus drawing some scientific conclusions. From those researches and interviews, this study finds out that junior middle school students are still in the fundamental stage of simple memorization in the recognition of microscopic participle, unable to put the theories they learned into practice. Based on the reality, we must adapt our teaching strategies. It is of necessity to adopt proper teaching methods to help students have a better understanding of the nature and variation of microscopic particle and its real existence, hoping to enable students to consider and solve chemical problems. With the carrier of those researches and interviews, this studies aims to find out students'problems in studying and teachers'confusion in teaching. We hope to improve our teaching strategies and enhance the study ability of students at all levels. This paper includes 4 parts. The content is as follows.Part 1. a brief introduction to the paper, including its content, origin and significance.Part 2. the view of microscopic particle that junior middle school students should possess.Part 3. a direct analysis of the researches conducted.Part 4. inspiration and significance of the analysis of the interviews and researches.
