Teacher job satisfaction is a pleasurable emotional state resulting from the cognitive appraisal of one's job; an affective reaction to one's job; and an attitude towards one's job. Job satisfaction is important because it is closely related to job performances. Studying secondary teachers'job satisfaction not only can expand the rang of job satisfaction research, enrich the statistics of job satisfaction, but also help educational administrators make clear and definite assessment indexes of secondary teachers'job satisfaction, improve the validity of school administration and teacher development.This research is to inquire into situations of the secondary teachers'job satisfaction and the factors associating with teacher job satisfaction in Jilin Province. For acquiring objective factual data, this study was taken action by document analyses and survey with the tool of researcher self-developed survey"Survey of Working Situation of Secondary Teacher", which samples were 508 secondary teachers from Gongzhuling city, Tonghua city, Dongfeng county, and Yongji county. For analyzing the correlation of secondary teachers'background with all factors, T test, F test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA and Pearson's product moment correlation are used.According to the results of the research, there are some suggestions in school administration and secondary teachers in the research.
