Research On The Integration Of Higher Vocational Education Resources In The Underdeveloped Areas Of Guangdong Province

The problem of Higher vocational education resources is always one of the premier problems that need to study when The higher vocational education is developing in the underdeveloped areas of Guangdong province.The quantities of higher vocational education resources in these areas are lacking and the utilization ratio is very low.The higher vocational education resources are short of actively effective integration and do not form an advantage as a group.The development of higher vocational education in these areas is extremely impeded.Therefore,it is necessary to go deep into the problem of higher vocational education resources'integration in order to accelerate the development of higher vocational education in the underdeveloped areas of Guangdong province.This article analyzes correlation theories and current studying situation about the integration of higher vocational education resources in the underdeveloped areas of Guangdong province by documentary research,then investigates basic condition about higher vocational education resources in these areas by survey research, then analyzes current situation,problems, causes of problems about the integration of higher vocational education resources in the underdeveloped areas by comparative analysis.After it analyzes the existing problems of higher vocational education resources'integrat-ing in the underdeveloped areas, this article put forward to the countermeasures and suggestions to the integration of higher vocational education resources in the underdeveloped areas of Guangdong province:increasing the quantities of higher vocational education resources to make up the shortage of higher vocational education resources,at the same time revitalizing the resource stock of higher vocational education,improving the availability of higher vocational education resources,improving key competitiveness by establishing tutorial organization in senior high vocational schools, and to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational education and economy in the underdeveloped areas of Guangdong province.
