Classroom is composed by teachers, students and environment. Classroom is a main teaching place for teachers, also a main learning and playing place for students. Classroom teaching's quality has a direct impact on quality of education. Many factors affect the quality of teaching, classroom problem behavior is one of them. For a long time, classroom problem behaviors give a lot of pressure to teachers and parents. Classroom problem behavior affects not only teachers'teaching and students' learning, but also the physical and mental health of them. It is necessary and urgent for us to study classroom problem behavior because of it's negativity and universality.People pay much attention to the correction of problem behavior, less to the prevention of problem behavior. Even if teachers can make a timely and effective response to students'problem behavior (in fact, many teachers can not make a timely and effective response), it is late, and can not create a truly different classroom, or change students classroom behavior. Although some researchers have recognized the importance of prevention and put forward a number of classroom problem behavior prevention strategies, but these strategies only scattered in the article section, there is no systematic study and summary.This study includes four parts:The first part is introduction, including the origins of the topic; definition of concepts; the status quo of study; the ideas and methods of research. The second part includes the features of classroom problem behavior and their cause analysis. The third part analyzes the changes of classroom problem behavior management in changing perspective. Throughout the Western classroom management changes, we can see that it has gone through four major stages: psychological counseling stage; behavior modification stage; teacher effectiveness research; the last three integrated development. The fourth part is presentation of problem behavior prevention strategies. Developing and implementing classroom rules, classroom procedure is a prerequisite for prevention. Creating useful classroom environment meets the students'physical, psychological basic needs. Effective teaching is the first defending line of classroom behavior problems prevention.
