Research On University Graduate Students' Comprehensive Quality Evaluation

Evaluating the graduate academic qualities exactly is a crucial issue to the teaching staff at present.It plays an importmant part in our postgraduate education reform and development.In cognizance of postgraduate cultivation goal and trait,this paper has researched the postgraduate comprehensive evaluation.On the basis of current research productions , we combine the Delphi,AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation into the'Ternary Comprehensive Evaluation'.Its basic thought is that we conduct an investigation in the method of Delphi.Then we integrate the AHP and Fuzzy to build a set of estimated system based on the investigation. We pay attention to the objective data of target Object,as well as the subjective judgment of evaluator.We attach importance to not only quantitative calculation but also qualitative analysis.This comprehensive evaluation is impactful and applied.A set of postgraduate comprehensive quality estimated system based on this method has been built.It has been found that the system has preferable scientificity, rationality and feasibility.
