Research On Effective Support Of Instructional Technology On Teaching Management Of Universities

With the rapid development of technology, instructional technology has increasingly being used in teaching management of higher education universities, promoting the modernization process of teaching management of higher education universities,and improving the efficiency and quality of teaching management of higher education universities. This essay depends on the documentary data method, comparison analysis method and prediction method. Its theory bases are constructivism theory and modern scientific management theory. Analysising and researching the situation about instructional technology used in teaching management of higher education universities all over the world, we can find out that there are some effectivenesses and deficiencies of instructional technology. Effectivenesses are as follows:supporting convenient, fast and efficient means for teaching management of higher education universities; breaking the time and space limit; saving a lot of money;massive information sharing,and so on. Deficiencies are as follows:people's lower level about instructional technology using; education management concepts behind; too much emphasising on "technology" and ignoreing the people's initiative,and so on. Based on the in-depth creative analysis of the deficiencies and foreign experiences, put forward some countermeasures as follows:improving the software and hardware facilities equipped for the effective application of instructional technology, strengthening modern teaching management capacity of higher education staff,and strengthening faculties and students'capacity in order to improving the quality of education.
