Research On Process Management System Of Financial Aid For University's Poverty-stricken Students

Along with the development of higher education of colleges and universities charge system reform, the problem of poverty-stricken college students have become increasingly prominent, the existing funding system can't meet the need, thus it's necessary to further improve poor student's subsidy system in order to solve the problems of poor, promote education fairness, maintain social stability and social harmony. Whether it successful or not, the poor student's subsidy system under the guide of the government depends greatly on the poor student's subsidy process management system, its operating conditions and the level of object and grant accurately aid policy. Therefore, we must construct a system of relatively stable and high maneuverability of the poor student's subsidy management system. It's the key to maintain students'aid justice and the inevitable requirement of poor development needs.To establish the poor student's subsidy process management system is the core issue of University's poor student's subsidy process management. From the perspective of process management, introducing process management theory and methods into university funding and regulating each link of funding activities, which studies how to promote education fairness through process management. Through the process of decomposition, and funding for each process scheme, put forward to scientific management to their subsidization management process optimization and establish fund evaluation system, make whole fund management process more systematic and scientific and standardization.Based on the analysis this process of poor student's subsidy policy formulation, implementation and supervision and evaluation, starting from a poor student's subsidy process management system of PDCA cycle model, analyze present situation and the existence question of the poor student's subsidy process management, the student financial aid from the construction process management basic concept, main contents, support system, the evaluation system to ponder question, construction mode, optimizing system, thus constructing a scientific management system, standardize aid operation process, improve the work on the grant of performance.
