On The Study Of College Students' Eco-lifestyle Under The Guidance Of Marxist View Of Nature

Although the new century has approached, the increasingly serious global ecological problem still has not been solved and the ecological crisis has become one of the major challenges for human survival and development in twenty-first century. The achievements in protecting the environment have made great progress, but the ecological problem still exist. At the same time, the ecological problem also has more obvious effect on people's daily life. Hence, people begin more comprehensively and deeply than before to reflect on the traditional view of nature and examine the current lifestyle so as to improve the natural environment and the quality of life. The Marxism about the view of nature and the problem of lifestyle has become a hot topic in academic research. This dissertation focuses on the university student's eco-lifestyle under the direction of Marxism about the view of nature, which gives a theoretical response to the hot issue in today's society.Theory about view of nature is a very important philosophical issue. Marxist view of nature is an important theory of Marxist philosophy. With the viewpoints of Marxist view of nature, this paper applies its theory into the micro world of daily life to explore the issues related to college students' eco-lifestyle. After carding a large number of texts and on the basis of clarifying the history of Marxist view of nature, this paper points out its important theoretical values and its practical significances from ontology, practical theory, historicism and methodology---four aspects which thoroughly expound the basic theories of Marxist view of nature. This paper argues that the rich ecological implication of Marxist view of nature is the theoretical guidance of eco-lifestyle which is consistent with the ecological civilization, and accordingly, it concludes the meanings of ecological way of life. Then, within the ecological dimension, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' "non-ecological" way of life and its four causing factors---society, schools, families and students themselves. At the end, under the guidance of Marxist natural view, this paper fixes on the importances and main objectives of the construction of contemporary college students'lifestyle, and from four aspects:social environment, school education, family guidance and college students'own cultivation, it expounds the practical ways to pushing the eco-lifestyle of college students currently.During the new period of establishing the socialistic concept of ecological civilization, the eco-lifestyle marks a criticism and reform in traditionally industrialized lifestyle. And it has also become significant for university students to set up the eco-lifestyle, for they are the builders and successors of modernization. This dissertation under the guide of the Marxist view of nature is about forming the eco-lifestyle among university students, which is expected to deepen the theoretical research on Marxism about the view of nature and eco-lifestyle and lead university students to putting the eco-lifestyle into practice so as to promote the comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development of the university student, university and society.
