The Discussion On The Tri-lateral Cooperation Of USP

The rise of the university science park (USP) is the combination of government, enterprise and university, which is under the new knowledge-based economic system. It accelerates the transformation from scientific achievements to productive forces. However, in China, USP is still at the starting stage and it was counteracted by the deficiency of tri-lateral cooperation. Therefore, the discussion on the tri-lateral cooperation of USP mean both theoretical and practical significance.This thesis gives the definition of the USP—the comprehensive combination of knowledge innovation, technology innovation and industry innovation. The thesis starts from introducing the theory and four classical modes of foreign USP, including its transition from bi-lateral to tri-lateral synergia, to emphasize the significance of tri-lateral development of USP. Finally, this thesis gives preliminary analysis of the development of USP.Tri-lateral synergia, no doubt, is irreplaceable in the process of the development of USP. To achieve the destination, we need perfect cooperation of government, enterprise and university.
