The Study Of Spiritual Impetus To Promote The Healthy Growth Of College Students In New Era

Hegel ever said that there is no great accomplishment in the world without passion. Here Passion refers to the driving force of spirit which consists of some spiritual factors during human's social practical activities, ie. spiritual impetus. Spiritual impetus is an essential factor in human practical activities, and the positive spiritual impetus can motivate one's enthusiasm, initiative and creativity to change the world. Human resources is the key to realize the strategic goal of innovation-oriented country in the new era, and college students are the future talents. How they do work not only relates to the development of human resources, but also the development of our country. Thus, it is significant to study of 'spiritual impetus to promote the healthy growth of college students in the new era.There are five chapters in the thesis. Chapter one is about the summary of the definitions of spiritual impetus proposed by authors from home and abroad. On the basis of these explanations, it analyzes the difference between spiritual impetus and other impetus. Then it brings to the conclusion of denotation of spiritual impetus and also generalizes the characteristics of spiritual impetus, like special inner power hidden, dynamic purpose, lasting stability, complexity, diversity, a strong coherence and realized outer character and etc.Chapter two mainly analyzes the significance of the study of spiritual impetus to promote the healthy growth of college students in new era, which is a need to win our youth, a need to improve the full development of human, and is also a need to enhance effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.Chapter three review the history of the spiritual impetus to promote the healthy growth of college students in new era. And it puts forwards that the spiritual impetus is guided idea of Marxism, common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics, national spirit which focuses on patriotism, spirit of time focusing on reforms and innovation, assiduous spirit and honour or disgrace of socialism etc.Chapter four gives an analysis to conditions and causes of spiritual impetus to promote the healthy growth of college students in new era. College students are optimistic, active, helpful and healthy, which owes to the reform of ideological and political education in colleges for three decades'reforms and opening up. Great achievements achieve during reforms and opening up. Shortcoming of spiritual impetus appears several aspects as following:some college students'will weak, fuzzy ideal and poor assiduous spirit and etc. And the main reasons are that college students have not a comprehensive understanding of social development, even they has a wrong idea about it. And all sorts of ideas can also influence them.Chapter five makes an attempt to research the methods to stimulate spiritual impetus of healthy growth of college students in new era on the basis of the shortcoming above. Meanwhile it emphasizes that the fundamental path is the importance of adhering to socialist core value system and concret paths are carrying out the cultivate project of young Marxists in colleges, enriching theories of ideological and political education, actively developing spiritual resources, concerning about spiritual need of college students, creating a positive and progressive environment, and concentrating on material factors. Therefore, we can enhance target, effectiveness, attractiveness and appeal of ideological and political education and stimulate the spiritual impetus to promote the healthy growth of college students in new era.
