| Artificial intelligent control techniques and algorithms are the hotspots of today抯 research. This dissertation deals primarily with these advanced techniques algorithms, and their practical applications. It consists: the integration technique of fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm; the design & implementation of auto-tuning fuzzy temperature controller and the design of the distributed intelligent fire alarm system. At first, this paper presents a kind of integrated intelligent control method which is a subtle combination of genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic. With the combined advantages of both fuzzy logic & genetic algorithm, this optimization method is independent of system mathematic model and is free from the common morass facing traditional control methods. Besides the system simulation experiments and the simulation results, this paper also testifies the method practically by applying it to an electrical oven temperature control system. The practical control results validate the efficiency and feasibility of this method. The second part of this paper is mainly about the design & implementation of auto-tuning fuzzy temperature controller. This project is sponsored by the State Economic and Trade Commission & the Ministry of Education. Its main purpose is to design a new kind of digital human-like intelligent controller that could be a good substitution for traditional temperature controllers. This paper introduces the whole design process, from hardware selection to software algorithm programming. This project is appraised by the State Economic and Trade Commission in 2,1999.
