| The ECCM(Electronic-Counter-Counter-Measure) capability of radar system is the processing ability to deal with the interested targets under various kinds of noises, clutter, and jam environment. Thus, when simulating the radar system for evaluating it's ability ,the model of noise, clutter, and jam will be needed to simulate the outside environment of radar. The carrier of radar is different(airborne, shipbome or on-base), the moving and changing of surround environment is different, and radar simulation model is various. The statistic characteristic of the spread spectrum radar signal is analyzed and studied in this paper, the computing and sum-up of the distributing characteristic and the fluctuating rate of the range of clutter is emphasized on. And the model of clutter based on this is simulated. |
