In this thesis an RSA-based probabilistic Public-key cryPtosystem (abbLRSAWPKC) with polynomial security is Proposed, which is based uPon traPdoorone-way function. This cryPtosystem takes advamage of the benefits of both RSAalgorithm and probabilistic cryptosystem and overcomes some of their problem. Andthe cryptosystem achieves the funCtions of data encryption, plainieXt athentication,digital signature, Ctc. Also a prototyPe system programmed by C++ is presented.
