AbstractData warehouse(DW) is defined as a subjectforiened,compositive, unrnewable and variational dare scts along wth time,which suPPort enterprises or organizatons tO make decision.ThepaPer discusses the theory and method of the building platform of asimPle data warehouse (SDW),the idea of which is to build seP~subsystems based on databaes technology data mining technologydata visualialng technology adOPing multiplayer C/S mode,detaching data maintenance,data mining and data analyzing.In thepaPer, we introduce whole. frame for the constrUction of the buildingplatform of a simple data warehouse (SDW) in order to surroundclosely the two main processes(data mining and data analyzing) in thebuilding of DWFirst, we introduce background and advance of DW and give theproblem of the SDWSecond, we design system .$tructUre of the SDW according toactual demands in detail, irieluding all structure of system withhardwae and software.
