The Study On The Software Platform Of Power Quality Supervisor

AbstractWith the development of power electronic technology, much non-linear load emerges in power system. The increasing deterioration of power quality has taken more and more attention. Various of measure apparatuses have been developed, such as harmonic analyze apparatuses, electric flicker apparatus, voltage measure apparatus, frequency measure apparatus. In this thesis we put forward a kind of integrated supervisor which can measure and analyze five power quality issues (admissible deviation of supply voltage permissible deviation of frequency. harmonics in public supply network, voltage fluctuation and flicker., admissible three-phase voltage unbalance factor ).Such system is composed of the measure device on substation terminal and the software platform of the supervisory center. This paper introduces the method and approach of the software platform of Power Quality supervisor.This paper is made up of six chapters. It is started from the basic concepts classes and standards of Power Quality, then bring forward the collectivity design and the approach method of the software platform in supervisory center. After that, according to the common processes of developing a software the paper introduces the system layout system requirements analysis~system design~ system testing of the software platform of Power Quality supervisor respectively.This software development adopts blocking design method. It includes three blocks: interface block., communication block~ database block. It becomes possible that analyze~ store and manage a great deal of measure data of power quality by using MS SQL database server.This software platform realizes the management of 1 to N monitor terminals, and it can synthetically statistics qualityanalyzes figure displaying report print and so on , aim at the five issues of Power Quality0...
