General Design Of City(or Town) Leveled Rural Area Electricity Management Information System And Implementation Of Producing Management Subsystem

In this paper we build a city (or town) leveled rural area electricity management information system based on Client/Server and three-layer structure of ASP (Adaptive Server Page) technology, and introduced the design aims, tasks and principle of the system with systematic investigating and analyzing. With the principle of integrality, practicability, opening, precursive and generality, data stream and data structure are analyzed detailedly, and a logistic model which fits city (or town) leveled electricity department was established based on advanced structure system analysis method. In addition, a hard structure of net information management and application supporting platform used for city (or town) leveled electricity department was established based on Intranet. Furthermore, the research of a advanced search system in Internet/Intranet has been made. We also resolved the network bandwidth for city (or town) leveled data translation and interfaces problems among different kinds of network and network OS selection by using the LAN exchanged technology in HaiLun Electricity Bureau, which is used as a experimental unit.Producing Management Subsystem is one part of the network information management system. By adopting Client/Server structure, using database and developing tools of client, and fully taking advantages of the excellence of network, we successfully solved the information management problem in the subsystem. And after analyzing the daily operation in HaiLun Electricity Bureau, the function structure plan was also given. Simultaneously, the subsystem function design was put forward and technology document was prepared and implemented.By using the system, not only the old style of Electricity Bureau was changed, but also the new need of development was met, and lots of benefits in social and economy were achieved. Now a strong foundation is established for this system' s popularity.Since June 2001, the system has been improved, it can also be used as a watching system . The results show that the study is feasible and valid.
