Curve and surface fairness are the important problem in CAD/CAM. In the reversing engineering, curve and surface reconstruction are requested to be high fair as well as approximate the initial data point. The main problem on curve and surface fairness are analyzed in this thesis. According to Finite Element Analysis (FEA), new fairness principles and optimization modeling based on the method of surface reconstruction direct on initial data point are produced. A new evolutionoptimization---evolutionary programming algorithm is presented to solvethe optimization modeling on curve and surface fairness.The following is a simple introduction to the thesis' s main content:1. According to Finite Element Analysis, new surface fairness principles based on the method of surface reconstruction direct on initial data point are produced. These principles are fitted with the request on Computer Graphic and FEA.2. According to new principles, the method of surface fairness and the character of surface based on direct on initial data point are researched, new curve and surface fairness optimization modeling fitting with FEA are produced.3. Evolutionary Programming algorithm is presented to solve the optimization modeling. The structure of programming is simple and the efficiency of programming is high.4. A application software æ¡airSystem is produced using the Visual C++6.0. This application software offers the function on solving the optimization calculation of curve and surface and the displaying and analysis of fairness result. |
