Research Of Data Warehouse Application In Telecommunication Field

This thesis is base on a project developed for the Beijing Mobile Department.Firstly, it indicates the flaws of the current Database System, introduces the concept of Data Warehouse, and shows the existing drawbacks of Data System of telecommunication field.Secondly, it designs architecture of a Data Warehouse used in telecommunication field and introduces related Data Warehouse knowledge. Thirdly, it compares several OLAP models, designs OLAP model of the architecture and designs a set of analysis methods of the model.Finally, it illustrates applications of Data Warehouse in many fields and predicts the future of Data Warehouse development.
