At present, the glass furnace automation produce line imported in 1980s draggle relatively, especially to glass rurnace which is exigent to control precision of feeder liquid level and temperature. Therefore it has immense real significance in reconstructing the civil glass rurnace control system.On the basis of analysing practical reconstruction project of Gu'an Hongyuan fiberglass Ltd., this paper discuss choice of control system, adjustment of controller parameter, optimum combustion and the design of a good interface. Via modern simulation software MATLAB, we study on simple loop and cascade control system and find cascade control system can improve controlled object's dynamic characteristic, advance ability of resist disturb and enhance self-adaption ability to subsidiary loop parameter movement. Moreover this paper discuss how to tune pid controller's parameter.Realizing furnace optimum control is based on combustion control, and that combustion control key is air fuel ratio control. Routine air fuel ratio control adopt manual control, which has become furnace optimum control choke point. Many factors have influence on air fuel ratio. On the basis of analysis of furnace produce process, we take natural gas's heat value, change of load, status of furnace and abnormity instance as four main factors which have influence on air fuel ratio. On the basis of analysis, to make surplus air coefficient always hold in optimum value, we adopt method of combining precompensation with the step adjustment fuzzy self-optimize to control air fuel ratio. Moreover we design the glass furnace automatic control system and provide good man-machine interface by configuration software (kingview 6.0).The technical transformation can advance labor productivity, save energy, improve labor condition, protect environment and advance competition .It will bring about obvious society efficiency and economic efficiency and has immense real significance...
