With Internet technology, especially the development of www technology, the study on information system based on Internet and WEB becomes important day by day. Traditional method and technology can' t meet the needs of the informative era. In order to solve large-scale, complicated Internet application, the thesis has put forward distributed Components technology , Including the comparison of the Components type; the technological theoretical research of EJB ( Enterprise JavaBeans) ;The system models study on the basis of the Components-, the key design method on the basis of the distributed Components. The thesis takes fund financial system of WEB edition as an example, which used by asset management company. Adopt J2EE/EJBComponents technology, the thesis put forward a feasible, practical analyse , designs and implementation method , faced to the Internet information system.
