The Research Of Software Reuse Technology Based On Component

With the emergence of the Object-Oriented technology and the distributed object technology, the software reuse technology develops rapidly. Nowadays, the software reuse technology based on component is regarded as the most successful implement one in the software reuse field. In the paper, we summarize the characteristics of the software reuse technology, expatiate component technology in definition, classification, obtainment, evaluation and administration ways, and discuss some issues such as the quality evaluation method of components and the implement technology of the component repository. We also discuss the component implement technology and the integration of the component application, analyze and compare three popular distributed object technologies in component application aspect.In this paper, we research the software architecture based on component, analyze the styles and the patterns of it, and propose a model of it in library management information system domain based on this domain analyses, which can guide the development of the domain components and the application systems from a strategically advantageous position. The holistic idea of the model proposed takes the advantage of both the CORBA, which has the extraordinary network transparency, and the EJB, which has the strong ability of handling operation logic.
