Library's Knowledge Management And Its Countermeatures

Under the backgrounds of the knowledge economy,the knowledge management attracts more and more attention in the world. As the human's treasure-house of ideas,the library must face to the new topic-the kowledge management. This paper begins with the concepts,feature and purpose of the knowledge management,analysing the necessity of practising the knowledge management;analysing the structure of its system;discussing the feature and content of it and raising five specific countermeatures which explain the way to carry it out,including realizing the idea's reform and setting up the knowledge management's consciousness;creating sharing mechanism and learning organization;rebuilding the organization and establishing the Chief Knowledge Office;deepening the service's level and strengthening the customer's education;setting up the knowledge base and the sharing system.
