| The research of Flood Control Decision Support System (FCDSS) is a fast-developing and active scientific field. It is the trend from real-time flood forecasting to Flood Control Decision Support System. Many countries are doing this study now. But what researchers concern most are still the key techniques in developing the system at present and it is in the stage of attempting. In China, many reservoirs have had this kind of software such as Chang Jiang River FCDSS with flood control decision support system theory. But it is the first time to construct the FCDSS for DaHuoFang water basin.The functions of the software used by DaHuoFang reservoir at present consist of flood control forecasting and making dispatching scheme. The DaHuoFang reservoir is used mainly to supply the irrigation, flood control for ShenYang and FuShun. Besides, it can serve for fish fed and generating electricity. So it is important and necessary to set up a suit of FCDSS for DaHuoFang reservoir to make the reservoir to be more efficient and convenient.In this dissertation, the author developed the FCDSS for DaHuoFang Reservoir by using the Decision Support System and Huge System Optimization Theory according to the DHF model and some rules. It consists of so many functions such as information inquiring, report printing, help system for DaHuoFang Reservoir. It can help the missionary to make decision rapidly and exactly. The FCDSS for DaHuoFang Reservoir is a huge scale, complex and mutual system which is practical and reliable. |
