The Research On Reliability Of Sensor In Machinery And Electronic Equipments CMFDS

CMFDS can monitor equipments (system) running state real time,It also can judge whether the running state is in gear,It will be important sense that improving the reliability of CMFDS to the reliability the whole equipments (system). The reliability of CMFDS is mainly decided by the reliability of sensor in the CMFDS. It will be very important practice sense to detect and distinguish the failure of sensors-self in CMFDS in time.The measured datum of most sensors in the CMFDS of machinery & electric equipments are high correlation on usual circs. This provide count resolution redundance to the fault diagnosis of sensors,the correlation of sensors will be changed when there is something wrong with one sensor. The characteristic can be used in the diagnosis of fault sensors. In this paper,according as multi-sensors datum fusion technology,we can detecU diagnosis and reconstruct the fault sensors according the correlative characteristic of the measured datum. We group different sensors according to the corresponding sub-system or function model in real time CMFDS. In order to find the abnormity datum,we analysis the sensor data and combine the interrelationship of the given sensors at one time,we can judge the running state of the sensors and whole CMFDS at last.In practice application,we choose the CMFDS of oxygen-making and nitrogen-making devices which in oxygen-making sub-factory of Wuhan Steel-making Factory .we have researched the reliability of sensors which in large-scale machinery and electronic equipment CMFDS and finished the programming of sensor CMFDS software,we go to the factory to install and debug the software,The software system is well used in the locale of the factory.
