Information technology and e-commerce make great progress. The information becomes more and more important to corporations. An excellent solution is the key point that the corporation can develop and promote its system rapidly and efficiently, can reuse its old data and get new data ,can communicate with its consumer , provider and cooperator securely and steadily. Normal applications can't keep up with there requirements. Web applications base on the technology of network, so these distributed systems are scalable and easy to maintain. It is a good framework for the informationlization of instrument Industry.This article introduces relevant technology and methods of designing and developing Web Applications. Adopting MVC theory and relevant design patterns to design Web Application, to enhance the reutilization and maintainability of systems.2. Designing the database-access component in user-defined Tag Library to make it is easy to code and maintain program which need to access and operation database.3. Designing connection pool to achieve cushion to enhance the ability to response to a number of clients in the same time, using self-developed tool to test its effect.
