| Medium length blasting is an important part of mining. It directly influences speed, productiveness and benefit of mining. Now, a number of designers are absorbed in study on automation of medium length blasting design in university and institute. However, for the reason of trivial mining design, complex geology of mining and lack of standard design regulation, the study is very different with each other, and the achievement is very difficult to compare and interflow. It is very difficult for other mine to apply for the achievement.This paper has lucubrated to the problem that exists on automation of medium length blasting design at present. According to the traditional theory of medium length blasting design, a suit of software is developed with VBA to AutoCAD for automation of medium length blasting design. This part is composed of parameter optimizing of medium length blasting design, the theory and method of automation of hole plane and distribution, hole explosive design optimizing, calculating medium length blasting design's data and producing the file for the design. Finally based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics and the experiment result of intermediate long hole blasting in Beiminghe iron ore mine, this paper evaluates the effects of blasting.This study resolves automation of medium length blasting design based on the substantive research work. It is very important to improve medium length blasting design and reduce designer's amount of work. In addition, the study indicates that it is feasible and successful after it was used in Beiminghe iron ore mine. |
