| This article carries research on the embedded Kiln Control System. It involves the basic principles and designing methods of the Embedded System, CAN Bus, Configuration Software, the Distributed Control System. In this article, we design a the Ceramic Kiln Control System Base on Embedded System and Field Control. The detailed work is as following:1. We investigate the basic principles and designing methods of the Embedded System. After comparing some current real-time operation systems, such as Vxworks, psos, nucleus and ue/os- II, we take uc/os- II real-time operation system as the main object and apply it into the design of industrial controlling system, thus completing the design of the Embedded Software of Kiln Control System.2. We make deep research on the basic principles and characteristics of CAN Bus. By using MCS51, independent CAN Communication Controller SJA1000, CAN Bus Receiver TJA1050 and High Speed Photoelectricity Coupler 6N137, we complete the design of hardware and software of CAN Bus Minimum System Node.3. After comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current Kiln Control System, we raise up a new controlling project and complete the design of hardware and software of Kiln Control System by using some technologies, such as the Embedded System and CAN Bus. The detailed work includes CAN Bus Interface Circuit, LED Display and Driver Circuit, Key Circuit, Temperature Measure and V/F Exchange Circuit, Electromagnetism Valve Driver Circuit, PLC Control System.4. We investigate the characteristics and designing methods of Configuration Software. And we primarily complete the design on control software of Kiln Host Computer, by the use of some tools, such as Real-Time Database, User Interface, Main Control Window and Device Window of Configuration Software MCGS. |
