Research Of Track Spectrum Theory And Application Based On Modern Data-Analysis Method

Railway transportation belongs to transportation that wheel and rail touch each other. It is different from other ways of transportations in the mutual effect of wheel and rail. After the innovation, Chinese economy has made great progress. The rapid development of economy makes a new demand to the development of railway at the same time. So the research of high speed train more and more is taken into account. The research of track spectrum becomes its key.Measuring the characteristics of track irregularity has been taken into account in foreign countries. But there has been no track spectrum that can reflect the real condition of Chinese rail for a long time. Many organizations have put forward some conclusions of track spectrum, but there is no unite conclusion at present in China. Power calculation of locomotive and experiment on the rolling and vibration test-bed have to adopt foreign track spectrum. Foreign track spectrum can't fully stand for the condition of Chinese rail. It shows the importance of putting forward track spectrum that contains the characteristics of Chinese track. It is also the key of Chinese rail developing towards high speed.In this paper, the rolling and vibration test-bed of Traction Power State Key Laboratory in Southwest Jiaoting University was introduced. On the base of former research of track spectrum, the comparison of index of real line and index of data tested by rolling and vibration test-bed was made. The characteristics of foreign high speed track spectrum and of Chinese were compared at the same time. It also tried to use cyclic statistics to process data of track spectrum in this paper. A new formula of spectrum density was put forward, and it was compared with foreign formula of spectrum density and formula that had been put forward in China. Finally the development of high speed track spectrum was introduced, and the possibility of new formula made into use was analyzed.
