In the system of industrial computed tomography(ICT),the amount of data acquisition,stored,transmitted and handle by computer has been growing exponentially with the fast development of the technology of computer. So the demand of data acquisition and storage of ICT image is the base of getting image information and are absolutely necessary for each system of ICT image processing systems.The problem how to get and process the large image data is very important to the technology of ICT. It is associated with BUS technology, developing in the kernel model of operating systems and programming in the system level, etc. It's full of difficulties to design a data acquisition card with high speed in the work of image processing. In fact, how to program a device driver in windows is the most difficult and the abstruse work in windows programming fields.With the development of the design of digital system, the CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) has been applied extensively. This design adopts the PLD (Programmable Logic Device) in large quantity in order to relieve the problems of low stability and reliability caused by too many chips and too large card area. The complicated programmable logic devices adopted in the design belong to Altera corporation. It is proved through practices that the system is more reliable, flexible and secret with the adoption of programmable logic devices.The author introduces a design of computer system for the ICT. Concerning with the multi-channels' data acquisition and storage system of the CD-650BX(One kind of production of ICT). At first, it discusses the way to design a data acquisition and storage system with high speed based on PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) BUS, then the author implements the device driver to acquisition the image data with high speed in real time in the kernel mode of system based on researching deeply of the mechanism and structure of kernel mode in windows operating system. At last, it develops the program of data acquisition and storage. These methods were discussed in this paper have been applied in the project of CD-650BX and will be improved in the future...
