| Petrochemical enterprise is an economic life in our country, its degree of automation affect country the national economy total value. In current, degree petrochemical enterprise is fall behind in automation in the world. Equipment is already very old and is need of the renewal urgently.In this paper, to development the automated packing line of the Tianjin petrochemical company chemical fibre factory.The problems in the development of a process monitoring system are discussed with the real-time data access being emphasized. Such OPC technology is applied to develop a process monitoring control system in Enterprise of Petrochemical Business. The OPC-based client/server model is introduced and analyzed as compared to the traditional control model.The details about how the user application program designed and developed are described in this paper. The great advantages of the system developed are described in this article also. |
