| On the basis of the deep research on the progress of national and international intelligent measuring system, with carefully studying the shortcomings of the mechanical hydraulic measure instrument, the press instrument and the data processing software for PC in the intelligent measuring system have been designed according to the actual environment in the paper.The intelligent press instrument was a combination of microcomputer and instrument. It was mainly made of AT89C52 and other peripheral chips. The press instrument has many advantages, for example the measure range is 0~60Mpa, the precision is one percent, and the hydraulic press of two roads was sampled every five minutes. This system makes use of the "data fusion" technique to compensate measuring errors caused by temperature changing. The press instrument has large storage space and can store about thirteen day's press data. Press data can be displayed by the LED display and transmitted to the portable press collector by wireless communication at a bit rate of 9600kbps. With the design of essential safety circuit, the press instrument can be used in coal mine safely.Besides reading press data from the portable press collector through serial port, processing press data and putting data into the database, the data processing software for PC can print data in report and graph forms. The software can also visit, query and edit the records in the database. |
