Design And Implementation On Balance Software Of Expressway Network Tolling System

With the rapid development of the highway construction in our country, how to supervise the road in an efficient way has become an urgent problem for us to solve. One of the best way to reduce cost and improve management is the toll online system based on information technology . The toll system based on wide network has become a new mode at home and abroad to balance the toll among the highway owners and to improve the running efficiency of highway.In this paper, we mainly present the design and implementation of the toll balance system among difference highway owners according the vehicle run-distance in Chingqing Highway toll system base on wide network project which is the major and key project of Chongqing transportation committee. In this paper first we introduce the background of the project-----how we put forward the ideas of the toll balance algorithm according the vehicle run-distance, and describe the three-tie network architecture of network toll sysytem and basic functions of network toll software.Secondly, we present the keystone of design and development of toll balance software,.Thirdly we combine the work mode and mechanical electric build of highway with the experience of highway enterprise management, using the technology of computer software, software engineering, database and computer communication to design and develop the toll balance software. This paper focuses on as follows:1. analyse the states of expressway management and introduce the concept of network toll.2. describe the three-tie network architecture of network toll sysytem and introduce the network architecture of settlement center.3. introduce basic functions of network toll software which is the basic operation software of balance software.Design and implementation on balance software of expressway network tolling system.we put forward the network and computer architecture in toll balance data center including the software and hardware run environment, the algorithm of shortest path in highway network and the minimums toll fee, give the principle and algorithm of balance toll among highway owners according the vehicle run-distance in connected highway4. system, and finally we make the detail designs of the software including handle procedure, data structure, error tolerance design, and user graph interface. 5. In the end ,the summary about research work and the improvement idea of the future is given in this paper.
