In the dissertation PID-control system is analyzed and simulated using Matlab as a tool of data processing. Genetic algorithm is used to search for the best PID factors. GA is a global optimization algorithms with high robust performance.It has been widely applied in automatic control field.PID optimization based on GA realizes the multiï¼objective optimization of time domain and frequency domain performance targets. Form the simulation result,we can see GA is a good method to select PID factors, and has its theoreticism and actuality.The most applications of the GA in the automatic field are still in theoretical simulation.This dissertation presents a data communication mode between the simulative and actual systems,which uses the Matlab Engine, virtual instrument platform Labwindows/CVI, and KMM(the simulative plant), This mode presents a new method to apply e GA in the engineering to develop industrial control systems.This method is easy and intuitionistic,and valuable for engineering application....
