As great benefits are got from the applications of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle), especially the applications in military, more and more attentions are paid to the development of UAV in the world. The design and realization technology suitable for integrated real-time simulation device of UAV flight control are presented. The practice and application is emphasized. The system adopts miniaturization design and master-slave structure, which is composed of real-time simulation device and display computer. Considering the application of mobile environment, display computer adopts notebook computer, which communicates through RS232 interface with real-time simulation device. The system adopts integrated design technology, which integrates real-time algorithm of themathematics model for unmanned aerial vehicle real-time simulation system and real-time interface simulation of sensors togather. The system displays the real-time curve and stores simulation parameters in notebook computer. This master-slave structure is not only helpful for realization of mobile function, but also guarantees real-time computing performance and real-time display performance of simulation system.This paper adopts linear interpolation to deal with data of wind tunnel experiment for sample UAV and realizes modeling and simulation of the sample UAV with C language in common aerodynamics and moment coefficient.This paper makes simulation algorithm on knowing characteristic and principle of all onboard sensors, according to the general characteristic of the real-time sensor simulation, establishes general data structure and simulation structure and realizes the programming of sensor simulation.This paper designs the real-time communication protocol of the master-slave structure according to master-slave structure characteristic of the integrated real-time simulation device. Communication content is classfied reasonably and scientific communication structure is designed. Advanced ring buffer serial data dispatch technology is adopted to realize the programming of communication protocol with adopting the regular length multi-frame structure.This paper chooses Tilcon Real-Time Developer (TRTD) to develop man-machine interface software on Windows 2000 operating systems and completes the programming of the figure, historical curve and flight track display for simulation parameter.Finally, we carry out the half physical real-time simulation experiment with the integrated real-time simulation device for sample UAV. The result shows that the design is conscientiously feasible in project.
