| The application of foundation fieldbus technology to evaporator and boiler control system is researched. The mathematical model of multi-evaporators' liquid level is built with the method of mechanization modeling, and the mathematical model of double evaporators' liquid level is implemented by a computer and data processing modules. This method is also can be used to build the simulation system of multi-evaporator. The hardware-in-loop simulation of evaporator liquid level control system is designed. Smar System302 is used as control system. The HMI design is made. In this simulation control system, average controller, fuzzy controller and adapative PID controller are used. This hardware-in-loop control system can be used to research the control strategy, and it also can be used to cultivate the operator. And the boiler's feedwater and burning control system based on foundation fieldbus is also designed in this paper.
