The website of www.jklb.com has been set up in this paper. B/S system model is adopted in this system, some new techniques are used in the system, some new methods of FrontPage 2000 are adopted in the design of Web page, the database connection, system interview are realized by using many internal objects and component of ASP, the IIS of Windows 2000 is set as server, and the script language is VBScript, the storage of data is performed by the database of Microsoft Assess 2000. I also use the technique of CSS(Cascading Style Sheets). There are four modules in the foreground of the system. They are the basic construction of enterprise network, IT service based on enterprise application, software supermarket and IT service based on customers. The background of the system includes the management and maintenance of database, such as news management, products management and administrators management.This thesis concentrates on the realization of the first three modules. It also touches upon the background management of the system.
