During generating, transportation and record, the image quality will decrease due to influence of kinds of factors.Nowadays in our police system area, there is still a deep gap of image process technology especially in software between our country and other developed countries.Because the using method is differ to the course and essence of blurred image, the results did not satisfied. Recently, the image recovery technology is developing in many areas , especially the recovery of blurred image caused by kinds of reasons has been deep researched. Some different specific arithmetic were presented in recent 20 yrs. But all these arithmetic are applicable to point spread function which the parameters are known. So, it is very important and urgent to find an effective method and process tool for the image process technology.This paper focused on the items as following:1. Introduced the common model and the basics of recovery of distort-image.2. Not only made a details description of distort-image recovery methods including out-of-focus,motion-image and geometrical-transformation, but also realize the recovery function under the environment of Visual C++ and MATALB. This application is also an innovation in the image processing technology.3. Evaluated the results and analyzed the errors, finally compared the deference between distort-image and normal image.The author build a perfect recovery process module after deep research of the distort-image and got an perfect experiment results. The research results had a perfect meaning in both theoretic and application.
