The Research And Implementation Of Software Package Supporting PMML Based On Java

Currently, the data mining has been applied in a lot of industry, and creates better benefits. So the data mining develops rapidly. With the development of applications of data mining, Data mining systems need exchange their mining models between them, the Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML) satisfies the need.The software package developed in the article can support the Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML) standard. This software package uses a lot of new technologies, such as Model Design, Oriented Object, Java and XML etc. This software package can input or output the PMML document. And it can be used in different platforms. Main research contents includes:1 .The software package can support the Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML) standord. It analyses the standard of PMML and its application environment in the article. The supporting of PMML standard be divided two parts, the input model and output model. It design and develop the models of the all part of PMML standard. With the output model It can output the mining model. With the input model It can input the mining model. It can exchange mining model in different data mining systems by them. So the software package can support the PMML standard.2.The software can be use in different platform by using Java technology. And it designs and developes by model design and Oriented Object. In order to use it in different platforms, it selects Java language for the development of the software package. And It designs the relationship of the software and other mining system in order to integrate with them. It uses the technology of model design and Oriented Object in the system design. It divides the total function into a lot of models, and let each model alone, and decreases the coupling of models. So It can change and extend the software expediently.3.The PMML software package can be configured. It is a creative point of this paper. With JAXP, I can offer a configurable layer for rock bottom XML technology (such as DOM, SAX). After Configuration through JAXP, the adaptive ability and agility of this software are enhanced.4.There are two examples to explain the use method of the software in the article. They validate the basic function of the software package. With the use of this software package, It satisfies the need of exchange mining models between data mining systems.
