The acute and chronic trauma, which is directly caused by military training, is called military training injure. The military training injure can reduce training efficiency and influence battle effectiveness of our army. The research on the monitoring technique of training quantity and training intensity is very important for improving our troops' training efficiency and reduce training injuries.In resent years, researchers have studied many prediction technologies to assess physical activity. There are two basic ways aspect, energy expenditure and activity form, used by these technologies in the prediction of activity intensity.It had been proved by many studies that the energy expenditure and training intensity could be assessed by the integral of acceleration amplitude of physical activity. This method has been considered to be the most potential method for the assessment of physical activity. However, the estimate error could be induced whenthe running on different slope. That is, the prediction accuracy of the energy cost is influenced by incline of running. So, it is necessary for the accurate prediction of energy expenditure to correct the prediction using speed and incline.The prediction of speed and incline introduced an important reference to assess physical activity and its intensity. So, it is very important to estimate speed and incline of physical activity for the prediction of energy expenditure and activity intensity.The following research work has been carried out in this thesis: Designed the training intensity data acquisition system. In this system, the hardware of USB data transfer unit, the MCU software, the USB device driver were designed myself. The PCB of this system was protracted myself. Programmed the Experiment Data Manager Application. It can record and manager the experiment data by database, and can display the data wave. And it also can calculate the character parameter of acceleration signals. Designed the scheme of standard exercise experiment, performed exercise data-acquisition experiments in standard treadmill, obtained standard exercise experiment data of several subjects. Studied the relationship between the acceleration and the movement speed and incline, brought forward a new method of estimate the movement speed and incline from the acceleration.The thesis obtained some results as follow: Constructed the analysis platform of the exercise acceleration character. The platform can be used to analyzeenergy expenditure and intensity of physical activity in the research of the military training injure. Brought forward a new method of estimate the movement speed and incline from the acceleration. Introduced an important reference to estimate activity intensity.In the study, a training intensity data acquisition system was designed. Standard exercise experiment data of several subjects was obtained. A new method of estimate the movement speed and incline from the acceleration was brought forward. So an important reference to estimate activity intensity was introduced.
