Statistical information is vital means to judge and analyse social economic activity and its result and make economic decision. Authenticity is the life of the statistical information, which must be observed in statistical practice. However,, statistics status becomes very worst and lose its authenticity, which become an unsolved question in statistical practice now.In order to improving the quality of statistics data, decreasing statistics data distortions, the effective measures should be taken. It is the important link to verify and distinguish statistics data, so that the doubtful statistics data can be checked. This paper presents counter measures of preventing statistics distortions from the reasons and harms. The implications of verifying statistics was discussed from the outset of the quality of statistics data, and the important meanings of designing the verifying systems of statistics data was clarified,Verifying statistics data include basic verification and exact verification. The paper has discussed the software's designing principles, overall frames and function modules of system. The system designed the security, the data integrality, the feasibility of verifying, the simplicity of operation.
