As crucial groundwork construction equipment, the Stake-Machine is widely used in kinds of building projects in many nations of the world. Its quality determines the groundwork quality directly, and it is one of the key factors that whether the whole project quality can accord with the practical demands and the quality standards which are constituted by the quality inspecting departments.The Stake-Frame is one of the absolutely necessarily equipments for the Stake-Machine. It is widely used in many nations. But during its working, the technique of angle automatic orientation is restricted by many factors. For instance, the multifamily soil texture of the toft will bring on the vertical change of the whirling-digging pole, and some special projects require the Stake-Machine must be vertical, during the angle orientating and adjusting, the Stake-Machine need orientate frequently, waste time, and the strong coupling mechanical structure, etc.The key technical problems of the Stake-Frame that improve the construct quality and promote the working efficiency in the practical projects are needed to solve urgently.In this paper, the automatic position orientation system of the huge general Stake-Frame is presented, for the first time in order to solve the problems mentioned above. The control object of the automatic position orientation system is the Stake-Frame,Firstly, the mechanical structure of the Stake-Frame is analyzed concretely and then predigested reasonably. This part work is the basic portion of all the work. Then, the mathematical model of the Stake-Frame is established, according to the predigested mechanical structure of it.Secondly basing on the practical working characteristic the strong coupling mechanical structure and the ideographic construction demands of the Stake-Frame, the calculation of the ration compensation control numerical value is performed then the control area criterion is achieved.Finally, base on all the results obtained above, the whole design project is presented base on the control maneuver, considering the strong coupling mechanical structure, which is the Stake-Frame have connaturally. During the design of the control circuitry, not only the decoupling control method is adopted, but also the limited circularity control criterion and the method of ration compensation are also applied for the sake of avoiding the bodywork overturned, system concussion and over-turning.In addition, the questions needed to be attention in the designing of control system, presented too. And the main components of the system are also introduced.
