| I ForewordThe I nformation management of business enterprise is an important step to head into the modern management system, and the management of finance information is the most vital part of the information management of business enterprise. The drastic competition in market requests the finance data must attain the fleetness, on time, accuracy and can provide the worthy finance information to make policy for business enterprise. The business enterprise should have such an information system of finance management, which emphasizes the accuracy of cost accounting, uniforms materials, information and funds, realizes the integration and communion of finance information.The First-Automobile-Works (briefly called FAW below) is the large national business enterprise. The System of its management is making program constantly in the process of reform, and obtained the certain score especially on the information management of the business enterprise. But now the most software of finance management runs dispersedly and independently, can't satisfy the requirement of the second development and localization and also affect the application of the software of finance management in the business enterprise seriously. For this reason, it is an importance that develops the uniform, standard information system of finance management for the finance management of business enterprise, even for the information management.The FAW Finance Management (FFM) system was developed according to requirement, it based new and old finance system on the theory of requirement analysis, confirmed guiding principle of requirement analysis according to the fact, use the software's advantage of nowadays domestic and international outstanding finance management for reference and combined advanced technique. The perfect function of the finance information management joining with the materials management realize the function of accounting, managing, forecasting, controlling, analyzing and supporting of decision-making etc. under the three managing layers accurately and effectively. The system faces to three-layer-structure, uses C/S structure and B/S structure on different parts and makes them support and reinforce each other. On meeting the requirement of the system, have made two structures reinforce each other and divided the function successfully. Particularly the developing of the encryption-module, compression-module and the application of XML technique in B/S system provide safeguard on security and efficiency of system.II Main worksOn the base of comprehending the system requirement of B/S of FFM and the practice personally, the author has analyzed the B/ S system requirement detailedly,put great emphasis on to discuss the B/S system's structure and design and the technique to realize the function of the B/S system by ASP.The author has learned the knowledge related with computer security because it is the emphases of the B/S system, Comprehending the Vernum -algorithm,MD5-algorithm,DES -algorithm,RSA-algorithm,Blowfish-algorithm etc. and realized them using examples. The author compare them on their principle,efficiency,merit and demerit etc.,finally I decided to use the Base64-algorithm to be the theory base of the encryption module because of its high efficiency,low complicacy of time and space. It was discovered by detailed argument that Base64-algorithm although have its efficiently, easily to realize advantage, but exist obvious demerit on it's security, namely in general use code-table easy revelation but cause the information safety to suffer the threat. For this reason, when the proceeding algorithm improve on the encryption module, afresh disrupt the coding principle of the code-table, and produce a new code-table. From testing it increased the algorithm's security and provided theory base for improving encryption module.
