With the development of remote monitor and control, many effective technology methods were established. For example: The method based on Database +Web, the method based on JAVA, and the method based on Database+ ActiveX +Web etc. This thesis is aimed at seeking a new method from the component reuse.Research methods applied in the thesis are as follows:First: analyze the technology about reuse and Characteristic of component and to discuss the feasibility that the technology application in remote monitor and control. Second: make screen sharing technology as the core; Third: develop the component based on screen sharing technology; Forth: development of application platform.The emphasis of this thesis is the reuse component, two platform of Distributing remote monitor and control system and multimedia network classroom system are developed successfully. That application platform's successfully running proved the method is feasible.Three main research results of the thesis are as follows.(1) Developed the remote monitor and control component. The core of this component is screen-sharing technology that accord with RFB protocol. And realized the N: 1 remote monitor and control when single server is running.(2) Developed the Distributing remote monitor and control system based on B/S and C/S pattern.(3) Developed the Multimedia network classroom system. The system operates the network interface using UDP protocol and is of great theoretical and practical significance.In general, the research of this thesis provides a new idea in the industry remote monitor and control system and develops a practically reuse component. We change the 1:1 remote monitor and control to N: 1 mode. This method can be consult by other application.
