Meteorological Affair Management System Based On Lotus Notes

In this paper, a special class ( NMInterface class) to process tables is developed and the class library of the Lotus Domino/Notes system is extended by researching the class library of the Lotus Notes system with the LSX ( LotusScript extension Module ) supplied by the Lotus Notes system . Thereby, The operation are realized which the Lotus Notes database can read or write the two dimensions table's cell data in the field of the form design's element and the function which the tables in the field of the form design's element can be read or written. The Lotus Notes database system can absolutely get rid of the dependence on the RDB and the added tools software and has the ability to deal with the table data in the field. On the basis of these developed technology, the Inner Mongolia Weather Bureau Meteorological Affair Management System (IWMAMS) is build up and the problem is preliminarily solved45how to develop the technology of the data administration by using rational database technology based on taking full advantage of the visible network resource. The IWMAMS has been appraised by NMC and fallen under the NMC innovative projects.
