| The development of Hospital Information Systerm (HIS) which is related to every citizen' s health and benefit is becoming much quick along with the rapid development of computer technology, information processing, networking technology and populization of all of these technology applications. But the technology of HIS is not maturate enough in China presently and the superiority of computer-based management can not be seen. The most effective approach for solving this problem is to establish the scientific, effective, intelligentized developing platform , that is Intelligent- Hospital Information System Platform (iHISP). The platform certainly can deal with the essential data-management and the most important usage is it can supply intelligentized service for the integrated hospital management. This is the necessary tendency of hospital informational development. Realizing computerized of the patient records is the most important this for iHISP ,that is Computer-based Patient Records(CPR).Computer-based Patient Records System(CPRS) can realize to collect, store, transfer, display, process for using of the patients' records and the essential is to computerize the information of the whole hospital management, whick makes the patient the center. Establishing Computer-based Patient Record System (CPRS) is the core of the late-model Hospital Information system whick makes the clinic information of the patient center and formulating the GPRS is one the essential goals. Extensive Markup Language (XML) is one of the most popular standards. It adapts to describe semi-structure datas, such as patient record and the XML- based patient records can well be integrated with the internet at the same time. We will analyze and investigate about how to generate GPRS Input Interface Automatically(GIIA), how to implant diagnose reasoning into GPRS , how to deliver GPRS information and so on. We will discuss some interesting exploration on the system design and execution finally.The Computer-based Patient Records(CPR) is very complex and the patient records form of the different department is much different with one another. Even though in the same department, there have much forms of patient record. Some records very simple and some are muck more complicated with many examinations and assays. It makes the input interface Computer-based Patient Records much difficult for the complex forms of the records. To generate PRS input interface automatically, we develop a XML-based Interface Template Database (ITD) and a Template Translator (TT),to realize the User-based GIIA. It balances the contradiction between the generality and specialty of input interface. Computer-based Interface Template Generator in this thesis is composed of Patient Record Template Generator, Object Element Maintainer and Template Translator. Final users (doctors or nurses) can use the Patient Record Template Generator to select their required sub-items in the whole patient record template and Computer-based Interface Template Generator can find the corresponding objects in the Objects Database and then compounds a Patient Record Template and save into the Interface Template Database. The Object Element Maintainer can be used to maintain the sub-itmes and the information of the Object Element Database such as the structure of the objects , type of display and so on. The Template Translator can be used to selecting the template from the Template Database according to the users definition and then parse it with MSXML, the XML parser, to get every element in the template. Finally, the Template Translator creates these elements in the interacting user interface dynamically.The Assistant Diagnotor is a human-machine interacting integration system which is based to the whole clinic diagnose procedure simulate the real interacting procedure between the doctor and the patient.
